Dr. Jamie has been a chiropractor for over 7 years. She graduated from Northwestern Health Science, is certified as a pediatric chiropractor though the ICPA and has extensive training in health and nutrition.

She is passionate about helping people live more active, vital lives. She has struggled with her weight her whole life, and starting her own practice and having a drive to be the leader in her community for health and wellness, she new that it all started with her first. Activate Metabolics program resonated with her philosophy of helping people naturally, with real food and changing habits so that weight loss can be achieved and Kept off! Dr. Jamie has lost and kept off over 70 pounds and most importantly is Healthier!!

In Dr. Jamie's spare time she is very active in her community, volunteering her time and trying to make a difference. She is a lover of the outdoors and all cute furry pets! Her family lives in the Wausau WI area, and she loves spending her time with them.

Melissa grew up on a dairy farm in Alma, WI and loves baby calves! She currently lives in Hudson. Melissa is a graduate from Winona State University, where she earned a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Melissa is passionate about health and wellness and is continuously learning to allow her to better serve our patients needs. She is certified in Exercise Rehabilitation and is currently working towards her Personal Training Certification.

While not working, Melissa enjoys time with family and friends, reading, working out, outdoor activities and traveling whenever possible. You will find her watching a season of Friends from time to time, as it is the greatest TV show of all time.Her favorite quote is “Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.”

Shana is from the Hudson, WI area original and now lives with her husband and 2 grown children in River Falls, WI. She is a caring and compassionate family woman! She was forced to educate herself on proper nutrition, portions and quality of foods when her son was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes and they had to change everything. She became very active with nutritionist and learning more about diabetes and how to help her son.

Right out of school Shana worked as a RNA helping people everyday with health and nutrition. Shana has always been in professions that are focused on customer services and helping. She strives everyday to make other lives healthier and better.

In Shana's spare time she loves to be with her family up at their cabin, she is a shop-a-holic and loves to be around people. If Shana had her choice she would be outside all day working on her yard and her flowers.
